2. Authorized Use and Domain Ownership

2.1 Domain Ownership Requirement: You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have explicit written authorization to test any domain you submit for vulnerability assessment. You may only scan domains for which you have legitimate authorization.

2.2 Domain Validation: Vuldoo requires domain ownership validation before any security scan can proceed. Validation methods include email verification, DNS validation, website validation, or contract validation for enterprise customers. Scans are blocked until validation is completed. Validation is project-scoped, meaning a domain validated in one project does not automatically validate in another project.

2.3 Prohibition of Unauthorized Scanning: Scanning domains without ownership or explicit authorization is strictly prohibited and may violate computer fraud and abuse laws. You agree not to use our services to scan, probe, or test any domain, network, or system for which you do not have authorization.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Scan domains, networks, or systems without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Service Description

Vuldoo provides vulnerability assessment services, including automated security scanning, AI-powered analysis, and professional reporting. Our services are designed to identify potential security weaknesses in authorized domains. Reports are informational and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee complete security coverage.

5. Disclaimer and Limitations

5.1 No Guarantees: While we strive to provide comprehensive vulnerability assessments, we do not guarantee that our scans will identify all security issues or vulnerabilities. Security testing is inherently limited by the scope, methods, and tools used.

5.2 Informational Purpose: Our reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional security advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting upon the information in our reports.

5.3 No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services according to our pricing plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
